


RiB Family Club Paediatric First Aid Course
When: Saturday 4th October from 9.30am-[??]
Where: Raised in Bristol at Easton Community Centre. Free on-street parking is available, or we’re a short walk from local bus routes and train stations
What: This session will cover key first aid concepts and strategies for babies and young children, including:
· CPR – baby, child & adult
· Recovery positions – baby, child & adult
· Choking – baby, child & adult
· Meningitis
· Anaphylaxis
· Burns
· Head injuries
· Febrile seizures
· Broken bones
· Poison
· Bleeding & bandaging
· Shock
Please note: this course is for adults only. Due to the nature of the training, we’re not able to accommodate children accompanying parents or carers to this session.
