We’re super proud to announce that Raised In was awarded Early Years Employer of the Year 2025 last month by Aspiration Training, sponsored by Innovate Awarding!
Aspirations Training is a leading UK training provider specialising in Early Years, Adult Care and Dental. They’ve helped us recruit and train many of our team members, helping them to build their careers at Raised In and in the Early Years sector.
This recognition celebrates our commitment to nurturing not only the children in our care but also the passionate educators who help them thrive – and as our organisational strapline says, to be the place Where Futures Flourish. Frances Hanson, Business Development Manager at Aspiration Training, nominated Raised In for the award, praising the genuine care we show for our apprentices and the strong structure and support we provide throughout their learning journey.
